I vote for fajitas after the game. Sewell said he's probably not going in so we can just have him start cooking some time in the 4th quarter.

I will not be making breakfast for the Missouri game. So if anyone wants to bring or make something they are welcome to. I don't really want to grill anything for lunch either. Would it be possible to have a shrimp boil like we did in Austin? I can still bring a grill, but I would prefer not to.

My flight doesn't land in Dallas until midnight on Friday. I won't be to College Station until around 4am on Saturday.

Planning to do a shrimp boil. Slice - I won't worry about bringing mine if you want to just bring yours up there. I'll work on grabbing a tank.

How many lbs. of shrimp are we wanting? Better said, how many people are going to be eating the boiled shrimp?

One thought I had is potentially I could bring up my crawfish pot/burner as well and we could do jambalaya and boiled shrimp. Might be a good side thing for those folks that don't want to do shrimp.

Maybe 10-15 lbs. of shrimp? Thoughts?

cheers

Sewell are you even planning on bringing your propane grill? I'm just wondering because I don't think my dad is much of a shrimp boil/jambalaya kinda guy.

Agree with the no idea on how many people will eat it.. I'm down and my dad may be but I know the girls are going to be doing their own thing.

How many pounds did we have in Austin? We would need double or triple that amount.

So in Austin I thought we had roughly 10 lbs...but mabye we only had 5. I don't remember.

I just don't have a feel for how many people will actually eat it...I mean most weeks people are just casually grabbing food, not going to beable to do that with shrimp. Going to have to actually sit and peel them.

For this reason part of me thinks the shrimp should just be a compliment to the jambalaya. I'm thinking 15 lbs. should be good, may even be overkill. I'll give my dad a shout and see what he thinks.

Terry and a few others will be coming and I'm sure will partake.

If we are getting 15lbs I would be happy to take care of it. I have not provided any meals this season yet and I won't be able to go for Kansas.

I think my dad said he was going to cook more BBQ for us for Kansas. Wings would be a good supplement.

Luke/AJ/Jim, my dad did say he was going to BBQ, right?

You're right he did tell me that he was going to BBQ.

Wings can be an addition then. We haven't had them yet this season.

We need to plan an awesome Thanksgiving dinner for the sip game.

We also talked some about thanksgiving, frying a turkey or two. We need to discuss the side dishes as well so it can truly be a feast.

Thanksgiving should be great. Can count me in + most likely 4. My brother and his girlfriend are coming along with two of my friends that live down here and are from Wisconsin (good folks).

All are planning to cook sides/bring whatever we need. We should probably try to get a good count so we know how many turkeys, etc. we need.

5 - including me.

Also, is anybody planning to hunt around t-day? Love to get in some deer/duck after the game (or day before as I am off wednesday)....
